Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice explains how Coding Ideas SAPI de CV (“we”, “Dopper”) collects, uses and protects your personal data, in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its regulations.

1. Data we collect

• From newsletter subscribers: email address and preferred language.
• From merchants/account holders: name, email, phone, business name, tax details (RFC and billing data for invoicing), and account access data.
• Payment data is processed in tokenized form by payment providers (e.g. Stripe, Mercado Pago, PayPal); Dopper does not store full card numbers.
• End-customer data captured through a merchant's store (name, contact, shipping address, order history): the merchant is the controller and Dopper acts as a data processor on their behalf.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device and usage data via cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

2. Purposes

Primary purposes (necessary to provide the service): create and manage your account, provide the point-of-sale, online store and marketplace features, process billing and invoicing, provide support, and send the newsletter when you subscribe.

Secondary purposes (you may opt out): product improvement, analytics and marketing communications. You can opt out by writing to contacto@codea.com.mx.

3. Transfers and third parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with providers that help us operate the service, under confidentiality: payment gateways (Stripe, Mercado Pago, PayPal), shipping (PAQPAQ), email delivery (Resend), and hosting/infrastructure (DigitalOcean), as well as our own Codea services. If you use the Shopify migration, we access your store data in read-only mode with your authorization.

4. Your ARCO rights

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Object (ARCO) to the processing of your personal data, as well as to revoke your consent. To exercise these rights or to unsubscribe, write to contacto@codea.com.mx indicating your request and the email associated with your data.

5. Security and retention

We apply administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your data, and retain it only as long as necessary for the purposes described and to comply with legal obligations.
